Looking for Camaro performance or restoration parts? Browse our web catalog, 24 hours-a-day, to select the parts and accessories that you want. After adding products to your shopping cart, simply click on the “checkout” button.  The checkout process will walk you through several windows where you will be asked to provide information that we will need to process and ship your order . Payment for online orders can be made using your MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover or Debit Card.

International Orders:
American Restoration Parts will satisfy customers around the World! All orders shipped outside the U.S. must be prepaid in U.S. funds. American Restoration Parts will select the most efficient shipping method for your order. If the shipping charges calculated online exceed the actual shipping cost, you will receive an email with a new total, for your approval. A $15 international packaging and handling fee will be added to your order.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Domestic Orders
REGULAR SHIPPING on Camaro parts orders is 12% of the order amount (minimum charge $8.95).

SPECIAL SHIPPING DISCOUNTS are offered on many high value items. These money saving, low rates are calculated and displayed in the shopping cart. For orders in California, 8.25% sales tax will be added.

Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and Puerto Rico
American Restoration Parts will select the most efficient shipping method for your order. If the shipping charges calculated online exceed the actual shipping cost, you will receive an email with a new total for your approval. Shipping will includes a $15 packaging and handling fee.

Oversize Items
Certain items noted in our catalogs must be shipped by Truck Freight because of size or weight limitations. These items, plus freight, must be prepaid and free shipping does not apply. When you submit an online order that includes one or more Truck Freight items, you will be charged $115.00 per box inside California, and $145.00 per box outside of California.

Rush Delivery
Next Day, Second Day and Three Day services are available in most areas. At checkout, American Restoration Parts will display a shipping charge, including a $15 handling fee, appropriate for your order and selected shipping service. You will be contacted by phone for authorization if the charges exceed what is displayed.

RETURNS

TIP: Always inspect each shipment upon receipt to make sure it's correct and undamaged. We cannot accept any damage claims or shortages after 72 hours of receipt of goods.

You may return any item to America Restoration Parts within 30 days of receiving it. Therefore, always inspect your order immediately upon receipt to make sure it is correct and undamaged. After 30 days we cannot accept returns for any reason including errors and defects. To return anything within the 30-day limit, the following procedure must be followed:

1. Contact our Customer Service department by email at customerservice@americanrestorationparts.com and obtain a Return Authorization (RA) Number. The email must reference the following information:
1. Your customer number
2. The invoice number
3. The part number
4. The reason for the refund/exchange
5. Your complete name and billing address.

An authorization will not be issued without this information. We will email your RA number. This number must appear on the front of the package you are returning.

2. Include the following with your returned package: (a) a copy of your original invoice and (b) a note stating why you are returning the item and whether you want a refund, replacement part or credit on account.
3. Insure the return package and pay the shipping charges. Freight collect packages are not accepted.

All returns accepted are subject to inspection by American Restoration Parts. WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNED PARTS WHICH HAVE BEEN USED, MODIFIED, DAMAGED OR PAINTED.

DAMAGE CLAIMS
The carrier is responsible for delivering merchandise in good condition. Therefore, you should inspect each package upon delivery, point out any damage to the delivery person, call the carrier immediately and prepare any carrier’s claim forms. American RestorationParts.com cannot replace merchandise damaged in transit if a damage claim has not been made. We will be glad to assist you in this process if you notify us by email of the damage.

OTHER POLICIES

Special Order Items
Some items listed in this catalog are made to order by the manufacturer. These “special order items” require pre-payment by debit card, Credit Card, or wire transfer funds and are non-returnable.

Back Orders
Items temporarily out of stock will be placed on back-order unless you indicate that you do not want any backorders. All shipping charges are on the initial order, so back orders are shipped at no additional charge. Back ordered items usually are shipped within 30 days, however, availability can change and American Restoration Parts reserves the right to cancel any back order at any time.

Refused Shipments
The customer is responsible for freight both ways on any shipment for which delivery is refused, or undeliverable. Please be sure to provide us with correct shipping information.

Warranty; Limited Liability
Merchandise is warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship. American Restoration Parts will, at its option, replace, repair or refund the cost of defective merchandise as described under “RETURNS” above. Other warranties may be offered at the discretion of the manufacturers of merchandise distributed by American Restoration Parts. There is no other express or implied warranty, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. American Restoration Parts shall not be liable for any installation of products, incidental or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of merchandise. This warranty may not be changed except by written notice signed by an officer of American Restoration Parts.

The products and prices on line reflect costs and availabilities at the time of publishing and are subject to being changed without notice.
